THE GENERAL LAW OF THE APPEARANCE OR DEVELOPING OF ALL THE EVENTS
ATTRIBUTED TO CHANCE FOR EVEN MONEY BETS.
In this article we like to discuss the law of appearance of the three double even money chances:
BLACK / RED EVEN / ODD HIGH / LOW.
We just have to investigate this marvelous physical instrument, the roulette wheel, in order to analyze the phenomena, i.e. the events of the same order, which are subjected to the statistical and the laws of nature.
The roulette wheel, today we want to consider only the even money chances, produces in the recordings of the spins, by noting for example the black and red numbers, figures, which are called singles or series, according to whether they consist of only one single spin of one chance or several of the same type.
The series are classified in a small number of categories, whereby this classification is dependent on their length, i.e. on the number of consecutive spins of the same chance.
The table below shows the ideal appearance of singles and series in 64 consecutive spins on a double even money chance,
for example EVEN / ODD:
As you easily can see, the number of singles is the same as the number of all series. The number of series of 2 is equal to the number of all series greater than 2 and so fourth.
We get a precise analysis and a sufficient overview of the phenomena, by recording 1024 red and black spins and splitting them into 16 sections of 64 spins each.
For reasons of simplification we define a black spin as a ball falling on a black number and a red spin as a ball falling on a red number. In the context of these 1024 events we neglect the fallen zeros. In order to be exact, 28 or 29 zeros on single zero wheels and 56 or 58 zeros on a double zero wheel would have to be added. However the zero or the double zero has no colour and therefore does not interrupt, from the view of the statistics, the forming of the even money figures.
The statistical laws which we describe in this article are based on the production and distribution of the events, which are attributed to chance.
The following three tables represent:
the law of the appearance of singles (isolated spins) and series (connected spins or even series):
Table 1. on a single chance (BLACK),
Table 2. on a double chance (BLACK / RED) and
Table 3. on all three double even money chances together.

You can analyze any section of 1024 consecutive spins of any permanency and you will find the same results, however with very small normal deviations.
It is therefore allowed to say, that the independence of every spin is not a real one. Every spin of the wheel is a part and has a function in a permanency of a certain length!
If you now think this statement stands in contradiction with our introduction:
"roulette is a game of indepentdent trials, there is no secret connection between one spin an the next one", that is not so. In fact there is no secret, it is quite obvious that there must be a connection. Otherwise the wheel could not produce these steady statistics.
The question: "Are all spins and all appearances independent?" must be answered with : " No, neither the spins nor the appearances can be independent, because each is a part of the whole!" In reality, each spin and each appearance has its necessary and obligatory function in the totality of a permanency. Chance doesn't exist there, because all effects have their visible or hidden causes.

Note down the appearance of heads and tails during 1024 consecutive coin tossings. You will find the above mentioned results of Table 2.
